Leicester’s annual commemorative event will start at 7pm on Saturday 27 January 2024.
The programme will include participation of local school children, reading of essays by the winners of the annual Paul Winstone competition, a musical interlude & an address on this year’s theme by Professor Aubrey Newman, former Director of Leicester University’s Stanley Burton Centre for Holocaust & Genocide Studies.
The formal activities should end shortly after 8.30pm followed by refreshments.
