The yearly Holocaust Remembrance Day event on the 27th January will be the third year in succession , whereby I’ve been fortunate enough to to be able to host a live event - with the assistance of the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust to whom I am very appreciative of and grateful to provide this noble platform . Revive FM is a community based radio station in the heart of East London , and have been equally supportive and have given the hosting facilities and audience which have been enriched by hosted events like Holocaust Memorial Day .
The responses from 2022 and 2023 have been touching and encouraging, and my commitment to the yearly event is given fresh oxygen , purely by the energy of kindness & goodwill that such hosted events give rise to .
This year the theme of “ Fragility of Freedom “ will be honoured - and in keeping with the Holocaust Memorial Day Trust theme vision and resources. The added messaging of
“ We will never forget “ is particularly poignant , with so much history and sentiments wrapped into that statement .
The witness statements of Holocaust Survivors as well as quotes and messages from prominent great leaders from Churchill to Ben Gurion and Roosevelt who all expressed shock at the great horrors committed . And then we have the incredible Ann Frank, and the resilience and bravery with strength of hope and goodness at such a tender age - this is what constitutes the value of such events . This past year has been particularly poignant , and having had the privilege of hosting Holocaust Memorial Events , my knowledge is always improving and there is no limit to what can be learnt - so I trust that the right path is paved with more learning and more information . Thank you for this continued endeavour and I hope to fulfill the personal mission of delivering excellent quality media projects- particularly where Holocaust Memorial & Remembrance days are held .

This year’s event will be on Saturday 27th January at 12 noon until 2pm
