Braes High School will be hosting a Holocaust Memorial Day assembly to remember all those who have lost their lives to genocide.
This event will take place on the 7th February 2024. Doors will open at 1530 and the event will finish at 1630.
The assembly will be led by our pupils who will read poems, highlight the importance of remembering genocides and show how fragile freedom can be.
Guests will be invited to reflect on the fragility of freedom throughout the assembly and a video provided by the Holocaust Memorial Day trust will be shown.
There will also be an opportunity for those present to see the art work students have made to celebrate Holocaust Memorial Day.
