At 11:30 on Saturday 27th January, Historian Roger Moorhouse will discuss the remarkable story of the Polish diplomats who, in collaboration with the Jewish resistance, masterminded a plan to forge passports and identity documents for Latin American countries, which were then used to save the lives of thousands of Jews facing persecution and extermination in the Holocaust.

This lesser known humanitarian act is the subject of Moorhouse's book; The Forgers - the remarkable story of the Ładoś Group. Tickets will cost £5.
