Holocaust Memorial Day is an opportunity for everyone to remember the victims of the Holocaust, Nazi persecution and subsequent genocides. There is no set format for HMD events and HMDT encourages everyone to commemorate the Day in a way which is relevant to their own lives and communities.
The experiences of victims and survivors of the Holocaust have inspired a wide range of artistic work including music, drama and dance. HMDT provides a range of resources and suggested ideas for commemorating the Day through artistic performances.
